Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific Systainer models you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all latches, inserts, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
